McClure hospitalized, Green to sub at Mid-Ohio

LEXINGTON, Ohio (AP) — An undisclosed illness has put Eric McClure in the hospital and he will be replaced by Jeff Green at this weekend's Nationwide race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
