Arms dealer's associate to represent himself in NY

NEW YORK (AP) — A Syrian-born associate of a notorious Russian arms dealer said Thursday he will represent himself at his upcoming trial on charges he conspired to buy planes to move weapons to the world's bloodiest conflicts.
