Court upholds convicted Okla. killer's conviction

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A divided federal appeals court panel on Thursday upheld the death sentence of an Oklahoma prison inmate who was convicted of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of a Department of Corrections employee.
