Albanian police seize 1.2 tons of marijuana

TIRANA, Albania (AP) — Police in southwestern Albania say they have seized 1.2 metric tons (2,650 pounds) of marijuana, which they believe was bound for nearby Italy, and arrested two suspected smugglers.
