Man accused of threatening Tygart makes appearance

DENVER (AP) — One of the men charged with threatening U.S. Anti-Doping Agency CEO Travis Tygart shortly after the agency stripped Lance Armstrong of his Tour de France titles has made his initial appearance in federal court.
