Vietnam PM's son-in-law gets McDonald's franchise

HANOI, Vietnam (AP) — McDonald's said Tuesday it will open its first burger restaurant in Vietnam after awarding the franchise to the son-in-law of the Communist-ruled nation's prime minister.
