General: Manning leaks fractured US relationships

FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) — The classified information Pfc. Bradley Manning revealed through WikiLeaks fractured U.S. military relationships with foreign governments and Afghan villagers, a former general said Wednesday at the soldier's sentencing hearing.
