Feds: Kennedys' sea turtle rescue was a violation

BARNSTABLE, Massachusetts (AP) — Two members of the Kennedy family who thought they were doing a good deed by freeing an entangled sea turtle actually violated the law, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
