Kerry wins Arab backing on Mideast peace effort

AMMAN, Jordan (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry won Arab League backing Wednesday for his effort to restart Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, raising hopes that the stalled negotiations could resume.
