Opposition leaders in Togo freed ahead of poll

LOME, Togo (AP) — Togo's interior minister says three opposition leaders arrested in connection with a January fire in the two main markets in the Togolese capital were released Thursday afternoon ahead of a planned July 25 parliamentary election.
