Australians demand IRB review after Horwill appeal

SYDNEY (AP) — Australian Rugby Union chief executive Bill Pulver is demanding the International Rugby Board review its judicial procedures to avoid a repeat of the disruptive double jeopardy hearings which Wallabies skipper James Horwill faced during the series against the British and Irish Lions.
