Filipe Rodrigues, MSc - AccelBio

Filipe Rodrigues is a computational biochemist with expertise in molecular modelling and molecular dynamics simulations. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lisbon. He has several years of research experience in the Molecular Modelling and Simulation group at FCUL. His master's thesis aimed to computationally characterize the interaction between a peptide related to Alzheimer's Disease and a chaperone. His work focuses on biomolecular mechanisms rel
