AIDFM-CETERA Award for Mariana Branco - AccelBio

Our Mariana Branco just won the third prize of the AIDFM-CETERA Award for her article "Human multilineage pro-epicardium/foregut organoids support the development of an epicardium/myocardium organoidum" published in Nature Communications. In this work, Mariana and the team have been able to develop human heart organoids that will allow the advancing of knowledge of myocardium-epicardium interactions in healthy or diseased settings and the screening of new drugs of interest.
