Shoprenter – a leading SaaS-based e-commerce platform provider with over 5000 webshops – has sold a majority stake to IAI (IdoSell), the market-leading Polish e-commerce SaaS provider. The transaction was supported by MCI Capital, the leading tech-focused PE in CEE, managing approximately $550 million in assets under management.
